As a 501(c)(3) charity, it is our responsibility to make sure that our wigs are being donated to women who need them, and who fit the criteria of our foundation.  As such, there is an application which needs to be filled out prior to receiving a wig.  We respectfully request that you submit the application before making your appointment.  We will let you know in a timely manner if you have been approved.  During that same phone call we will be happy to help find you a convenient appointment.  If you are approved, we will book you with Lillian for a Do Wonders consultation.  We thank you for your help and cooperation, and greatly look forward to meeting you and helping you.
